  First time checking this place out. Glad we did!
  
  Build your own pizza.... it's like the Freebirds of pizza! you can make it the way you've always wanted. Want more cheese? Less sauce? Just tell them how you want it.
  
  I loved the brick oven cooked crispy crust! It was charred but really good! I don't suggest you ask for extra crispy. It's already gonna be extra crispy so when you ask... it comes super extra charred.
  
  Sweet Tea Rating: 9/10
  The sweet tea is really good!! Gold Peak brand. Very sweet, the way it's supposed to be in the South.

  Pretty good and fast Pizza place. The pies were pretty good and fired in a brick over for great flavor and crispy crust, which is something I really like. The place is a little small so if you go in a group the seating can be a challenge, so get someone to go get the tables if needed.
  
  I also liked the garlic cheese bread, but they served it with cold marinara sauce, which doesn't make sense to me. So if you order this item, ask them to warm up the marinara dipping sauce.
  
  The pies for the kids are the right size and they seemed to like them.

  Every time I am at this shopping center, I say I want to eat here. So finally we did! Apparently, we selected an "unusually busy"'Friday night. The Tompkins H.S. Baseball team was wrapping up dinner, and there was a short line. Apparently the staff was having trouble balancing to-go phone/online orders with the live line in front of them But none of that mattered--because a lovely young girl was handing out complimentary full pints samples of Dos Equis!!!
  The Owner/Manager John was active and swiftly moving around the dining room. He was being hospitable, bussing tables, serving beverages--- whatever needed to be done. Very impressive.
  HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW--the pizza was delicious. My husband selected a meaty pizza off their menu, and I customized my favorite pepperoni, mushroom, green pepper, and black olive. Just terrific. Better than MOD Pizza, and the gone PieFive. The large pizza oven gets those pies done right. Per usual, I over-ordered. We didn't need Garlic Honey Wings, but we ate almost all of them. Nice, slightly charred, crisp outside and tender inside. We ended up taking home a little bit of pizza and a few wings.
  Oh, and did I mention Owner John is a Houston Astros season ticket holder? I knew I liked that guy!

  First time trying 1000 Degrees and we will be back. I ordered takeout: two Margherita pizzas and cheesy garlic bread. They waited until I arrived to put the pizzas in the oven, which I appreciated (only took a few minutes to cook). The pizzas were perfectly done and the ingredients seemed fresh. I was also very satisfied with the price point of the pizza - it didn't seem overpriced.

  Love, love, love this pizza! Tonight was our first night ordering from here. The wings were good and the build your own pizza is amazing! All the toppings are fresh and you can add up to 9 toppings for free... from pepperoni to Mac n cheese & even corn! Yea lol I said it! can't find that anywhere else , that's for sure! The line took the longest of the wait but what do you expect? They're making pizzas , not a fast food sandwich! The wait was fairly quick , just grab a drink or a beer , chill and watch some football while you wait! The place was poppin' even at 8 o "clock ' honestly after tasting the food I now know why! 10 out of 10 would recommend, definitely will be back . I seen some reviews of others dining here and was on the fence but after actually trying the place, they're clearly just super picky & complaint loving folks!
  You won't regret ordering pizza, wings or even cinnamon bread from here! :)
